3.1 Overview

FitQ SparQ uses a coin-based system to provide free access to workouts. Coins are a virtual currency that allows you to access workout sessions.

3.2 Coin Allocation

• You receive 3 coins every week, which equals 15 minutes of workouts (1 coin = 5 minutes of workout)
• Coins are refilled automatically every 7 days
• The refill system checks daily at 04:00 UTC and adds coins to bring your total to 3 if 7 days have passed since your last refill
• If you have 3 or more coins, no additional coins will be added during the refill

3.3 Coin Usage

• Coins are consumed when a workout is generated for you
• Each 5 minutes of workout duration requires 1 coin
• You can use multiple coins for longer workouts (e.g., 2 coins for a 10-minute workout)
• If you start a workout but don't complete it immediately, you can continue it later without using additional coins
• Coins cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money

4.1 Overview

FitQ SparQ offers subscription plans that provide unlimited workouts without coin restrictions. Subscriptions are managed through third-party platforms (Google Play for Android and App Store for iOS).

4.2 Pricing and Billing

• Subscription pricing is displayed in the app and may vary by region
• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis
• All payments are processed through Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS)
• We do not process payment information directly

4.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to unlimited workouts until the subscription period expires
• After cancellation, you will return to the free tier with weekly coin refills

4.4 Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable. Refund requests must be made through Google Play or App Store according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

4.5 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You will be charged through your app store account
• You can manage auto-renewal settings in your device's app store account settings

5.1 Account Creation

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

5.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

6.1 Health and Safety

• Consult with a healthcare professional if you have any health concerns
• Use our services at your own risk
• The creators and developers are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from the use of the information provided

7.1 Profile Information

• You may provide personal information such as height, weight, gender, and date of birth
• You are responsible for the accuracy of this information
• This information is used to personalize your workout experience

9.1 Service Ownership

Our services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by FitQ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10.1 Uptime

• We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability

11.1 Health Disclaimer

• Our services provide fitness information and workout recommendations for informational purposes only
• We are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice
• Always consult with healthcare professionals before starting any fitness program

12.1 User Termination

• You may stop using our services at any time
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data
